“ Chef Memo is one of the few authentic Kurdish-Turkish cuisines, with availability of multiple original types of kebab (not the fake doner kebab). Their Ayran was super yum and they served tea after the amazing spicy (optional) kebab dish. It is run by a Kurdish family from Adiaman and they are super chill and friendly! Oh, they had Kurdish Tacos, which I didn’t know existed! 100% recommended! ”
